CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

OUR GENERAL POLICY

All sales are non-refundable. By completing a purchase with JoseSanDance you agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Cancellations may be eligible for a credit toward a future class, workshop, or event, subject to the conditions outlined below.

WORKSHOPS & EVENTS

All workshop and event purchases are non-refundable. Workshops and events require advance registration. If you need to cancel:

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event will receive a credit for the full amount paid.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will not receive a credit.

No-shows (failing to attend without prior notice) will not receive a credit.

Credits are valid for 1 year from the date of issue and cannot be exchanged for cash.

PRIVATE LESSONS

All sales are non-refundable. Cancellations for private lessons are subject to the following policy:

Cancel 7 days or more in advance → No charge

Cancel between 2 and 7 days in advance → $20 cancellation fee

Cancel within 2 days of the lesson → Full lesson amount charged

EXCEPTIONS

We understand that life happens. Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis for circumstances such as:

Natural disaster or emergency

Loss of a family member

Illness or injury

COVID-19 symptoms or exposure

If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception, please contact Jose directly before your scheduled lesson. Jose will review each situation individually and determine the appropriate course of action.

IF JOSESANDANCE CANCELS A CLASS OR EVENT

In the rare event that JoseSanDance must cancel a class or event, registered students will be offered:

A credit valid for 1 year toward any future class or event

We will notify you as soon as possible by email or SMS in the event of a cancellation.
