Welcome to JoseSanDance. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these terms and conditions and our privacy policy.

1) Terms

By using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

2) Use License

You may temporarily download one copy of materials for personal, non-commercial viewing only.

  • Do not modify or copy materials.
  • Do not use materials for commercial purposes or public display.
  • Do not decompile or reverse engineer any software.
  • Do not remove copyright/proprietary notations.
  • Do not transfer materials or mirror them on another server.

This license ends automatically if you violate these restrictions. You must destroy any downloaded materials upon termination.

3) Disclaimer & Safety

Materials are provided “as is.” JoseSanDance disclaims warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

JoseSanDance is not responsible for injuries that may occur during classes. You participate at your own risk.

4) Limitations

JoseSanDance is not liable for damages (including data loss, profit loss, or business interruption) arising from use or inability to use this website.

5) Accuracy of Materials

Content may include errors. JoseSanDance may update materials at any time without notice and does not commit to ongoing updates.

6) Links

JoseSanDance is not responsible for external websites linked from this site. Using linked sites is at your own risk.

11) SMS & Text Messages

  • Consent: By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Jose San Dance. This includes class reminders, event updates, promotions, and coupon codes.
  • Message frequency: You may receive up to 8 messages per month. Frequency varies based on events and promotions.
  • Standard rates apply: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Opt-out anytime: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages.
  • Need help? Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at info@josesandance.com.
  • Privacy: We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties. Your information is used only for Jose San Dance communications.
  • Carriers supported: Works with most major carriers including Rogers, Bell, Telus, and others. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

7) Communications & Notifications

By using our website, you agree we may send emails/notifications about class updates, promotions, or relevant information. You can opt out anytime by contacting josesandance@gmail.com or using the opt-out instructions in our messages.

8) Modifications

JoseSanDance may revise these terms at any time without notice. By continuing to use the website, you agree to the current version.

9) Governing Law & Class Reminder

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario.

Reminder: Please bring proper shoes for dance classes for safety and comfort.

10) Unlimited Package

  • Online payment required: Subscriptions must be completed through our official online payment system. No cash or e-transfer for this offer.
  • Flexible cancellation: Cancel anytime with no penalties or cancellation fees.
  • Class access: Unlimited access to weekly group classes:
    • Mondays: 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM
    • Wednesdays: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
    • Thursdays: 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Intensive discount: 15% off Intensive Salsa Classes during the subscription period.

11) Flexible & Consecutive Packages

Flexible Packages

  • Attend at your own pace within 1 year from first use.
  • Classes do not need to be consecutive (you may skip weeks).
  • Unused classes are forfeited after the 1-year expiration.

Consecutive Packages

  • Valid for 5 consecutive weeks from the first class attended.
  • Classes are counted consecutively, regardless of attendance.
  • Unused classes are forfeited after the 5-week period.

12) Refunds & Cancellations

  • Private classes: Cancel within 2 days of the class and the full fee will be charged. Rescheduling is considered a cancellation.
  • Group packages & private classes: Refund requests are subject to a $15 processing fee per transaction.
  • Exceptions: Exceptional circumstances (illness, family emergency, or COVID-19 symptoms) may be considered case-by-case.
  • Validity: Classes must be taken within the purchased package period.
