Welcome to JoseSanDance! By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern JoseSanDance's relationship with you in relation to this website.

1. Terms

By accessing this website, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on JoseSanDance's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials;
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on JoseSanDance's website;
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by JoseSanDance at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

The materials on JoseSanDance's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. JoseSanDance makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In addition, JoseSanDance is not responsible for any injuries that may occur during our classes. Participants are encouraged to engage in activities at their own risk.

 

4. Limitations

In no event shall JoseSanDance or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on JoseSanDance's website, even if JoseSanDance or a JoseSanDance authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of materials

The materials appearing on JoseSanDance's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. JoseSanDance does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. JoseSanDance may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However, JoseSanDance does not make any commitment to update the materials.

JoseSanDance has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by JoseSanDance of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. Communications and Notifications

By accessing or using our website, you agree to receive messages, emails, or notifications from JoseSanDance regarding class updates, promotions, or other relevant information. If at any time you wish to stop receiving such communications, you may unsubscribe by contacting us at josesandance@gmail.com or following the opt-out instructions provided in our messages.

8. Modifications

JoseSanDance may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

Reminder: Participants are required to bring proper shoes for the dance classes to ensure safety and comfort.

10. Unlimited Package 

By subscribing to the Unlimited Package offered by JoseSanDance, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Limited Enrollment Period
The Unlimited Package is available for registration exclusively during the month of April 2025. Enrollments made outside this period will not be accepted.

Online Payment Requirement
Subscriptions to the Unlimited Package must be completed through our official online payment system. We do not accept cash, e-transfers, or other forms of payment for this offer.

Flexible Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Unlimited Package subscription at any time without incurring any penalties or cancellation fees.

Class Access
Subscribers will receive unlimited access to the following weekly group classes:

-Mondays from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM

-Wednesdays from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM

-Thursdays from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Exclusive Discount on Intensive Classes
-Unlimited Package subscribers are eligible for a 15% discount on the regular price of our Intensive Salsa Classes during the subscription period.

11. Flexible and Consecutive Packages

Flexible Packages

  • Flexible Packages allow students to attend classes at their own pace within one (1) year from the date of first use.

  • Classes do not need to be taken consecutively, and students may skip weeks without losing the validity of their package (as long as it is within the one-year period).

  • Once the one-year expiration date is reached, any unused classes are forfeited.

Consecutive Packages

  • Consecutive Packages are valid for five (5) consecutive weeks beginning from the date of the first class attended.

  • Classes are counted consecutively, regardless of attendance. Missing a class does not extend the package validity period.

  • Any unused classes within the 5-week consecutive period are forfeited.

12. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Private Classes: Cancel within 2 days of the class and the full fee will be charged. Rescheduling a class is considered a cancellation.

  • Group Packages & Private Classes: Refund requests are subject to a $15 processing fee per transaction.

  • Exceptions: Exceptional circumstances (illness, family emergency, or COVID-19 symptoms) may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Validity: All classes must be taken within the purchased package period.
