Cancellation & Refund Policy – Private and Group Classes

At Josesandance, we understand that circumstances can change. Below is our policy regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds:

Private Classes – Cancellation Guidelines

  • Cancel within 2 days of the class: The full class fee will be charged.

Group Classes – Cancellation Guidelines

  • -Refund requests for group class packages are subject to a processing fee of $15 per transaction.

Refunds:

  • -If you request a refund for any private class or group class package, a $15 processing fee will apply.

  • -Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

  • -Please note that rescheduling a class is considered a cancellation and may be subject to the cancellation policy above.

Exceptions:
We recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise. Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis, including but not limited to:

  • -Natural disasters

  • -Loss of a family member

  • -Illness or COVID-19 symptoms

Additional Information:

  • Classes must be taken within 12 months from the purchase date.

  • This cancellation and refund policy is subject to change.
