8. Can I switch my classes to a different package after I’ve made the payment?

11. What’s the difference between Flexible Packages and Consecutive Packages?
-
Flexible Packages give you the freedom to attend classes whenever you’d like within one year from the date you start using your package. There’s no requirement to come every week, if you skip a class, your package is still valid until you’ve used all your classes (within a year).
-
Consecutive Packages run for 5 consecutive weeks, starting from your first class. Even if you miss a week, it still counts toward your 5-week package. This option is best for dancers who want consistent practice and steady progress.
12. Can I get a refund if I can’t attend my classes?
Yes, refunds are available for both private classes and group packages, but a $15 processing fee applies per transaction. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
