Cancellation & Refund Policy
Private and group classes. At Josesandance, we understand that circumstances can change. Below is our policy for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
Private Classes
Cancel within 2 days of the class: the full class fee will be charged.
Group Classes
Refund requests for group class packages are subject to a $15 processing fee per transaction.
Refunds & Rescheduling
- If you request a refund for any private class or group class package, a $15 processing fee applies.
- Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
- Rescheduling is treated as a cancellation and may be subject to the policy above.
Exceptions
We consider exceptions case-by-case, including (but not limited to):
- Natural disasters
- Loss of a family member
- Illness or COVID-19 symptoms
Additional Information
- Classes must be taken within 12 months of the purchase date.
- This cancellation and refund policy is subject to change.
